How to book

Advance reservation is required to arrange all the necessaries by filling the
available online contact form, or email us.

Condition of sale

The indicated prices and itineraries are subject to change with or without
prior notice. All reservation is based on request, and confirmation is subject
to space availability.

Twin Share

All the package tours are designed for a minimum of 2 adults. Single
Supplement is for the third person who using separate room

Triple Share

Maximum 3 person per room. Extra bed in the most hotels will be a fold away
bed

Tour program

All the tour programs are package arrangements and no individual changes or
modifications can be made

Tour Guides

Our local tour guides speak English and some Japanese. Other language request
is subject to our prior confirmation

Payment Terms

Full pre-payment has to be settled prior to your arrival. You may choose the
following type of payment:

  1. Telegraphic Transfer to our bank account

  2. By Credit Card

    There will be a 3,5% additional charge for administration fee. You will need
    to send a guarantee letter by FAX to authorize us to debit such amount on your
    card, together with the copy of both side of your card. It must be processed in
    Indonesian Rupiahs by law and will be converted at the prevailing bank-selling
    rate for US Dollar.

  3. Credit Card details needed

    Credit card type, Card number, Last 3 digit number (on backside), Holder
    name, Expire Date, Bank Issuer, Billing Address, Phone, Fax, Passport number,
    Signature.

Refunds

After commencement of tour, no refunds will be givens for any items not
utilized

Insurance

BarataTours recommends all passengers have their own insurance. Insurance
coverage should include medical, surgical, dental, baggage, loss of money,
personal accident and liability

Liability

  • BarataTours and its associates or agent, will use all reasonable endeavors to
    arrange tours and packages as per itinerary.
  • BarataTours reserves the right to change any tours, package itineraries or hotel
    facilities in any event.
  • BarataTours is acting only in the capacity of an agent for transportation
    companies, hotels, and other contractors and will therefore have to disclaim responsibility for any damage, loss, injuries, including death, accidental
    delays and irregularities beyond of our control.
